Classes will run in 6 week sessions meeting every Saturday morning from 8:30-9:30am. Each class will include time both on and off the horse and be focused on building strength, flexibility, relaxation, and a connection with a horse. 6 week sessions, $25 per class. Maximum 10 participants per class. You MUST schedule in advance.
Session 1: September 9-October 21 (No class on September 30)
Session 2: October 28-December 2
Participants provide their own yoga mat and are encouraged to bring a sheet or blanket that you do not mind getting sandy.
